Q: How do I submit a Product Check?
A: Simply start a FREE trial (or log in) and click "Submit a Product Check"
Q: How long will it take to get my Product Check back?
A: Normally within 1 business day. Occasionally ConsumerCrew has to contact you or another company in order to complete your request, which can take a little longer.
Q: Why is my credit card required for the trial?
A: To verify your identity, prevent multiple trials, and arrange for future billing.
Q: Will I automatically be billed at the end of my trial?
A: Yes. But just try us out, and if you're not 100% thrilled with our services, you can cancel before your trial ends and you will not be billed a dime.
Q: Will the membership price ever go up?
A: Currently the Annual Membership is 50% off, and we hope to keep it that way as long as we can. We want to keep ConsumerCrew so cheap you’d be crazy not to use it.
Q: What happens at the end of my current membership?
A: All memberships are subscription based and automatically renew at the end of their cycle.
Q: How do I change my subscription?
